This spring’s biggest sporting event, the 28th annual Telekom Vivicittá Running is coming up on April 21 in Budapest.
This event is growing year after year and last spring a record 13,000 runners ran together for Budapest. The event, held at the usual Margitsziget venue, offers a whole array of races to suit your fitness level.

Family run: 800m
Walk 3.2 km
Minicittá 3.2 km
Midicittá 7 km
Vivicittá 10 km
Half Marathon
This race series for more livable cities gets tens of thousands moving across the entire country each year. Vivicittá will come to Pécs on April 27 and Szolnok on April 28.

The 27th Nike Budapest Halfmaraton will take part on the 9th of September, 2012. This will be the opening event of the autumn running season for BSI.
You can run a half marathon individually, or in pair, or even in the Run Budapest Trio.
For the younger runners, families we offer the City Park Run, 3,4 kilometers fun run.
In 2011 almost 12000 runner were registered for the half marathon in Budapest. We are awaiting to have more than 1500 foreign runners again!

We invite you to run, hike or bike at the Hortobágy, which is the largest continuous natural grassland in Europe and part of the UNSECO World Heritage. On the 14th of July you can try several sports at the 9. E.ON Mirage Sport Festival, in the shadow of the sweep-pole wells.
